Programs and results
What we aim to solve
Launch Global exists to address three critical barriers preventing the Gospel from reaching the world’s unreached peoples. First, too few missionaries are being sent to the places of greatest need. Today, 42% of the world’s population—more than 3 billion people—remain unreached, yet only a small percentage of long-term missionaries serve among them. Many churches lack the systems, training, and support needed to effectively mobilize and send workers. Second, many goers are not adequately equipped for cross-cultural disciple-making and church multiplication, limiting long-term ministry effectiveness. Third, missionary attrition remains high, with nearly half leaving the field before establishing lasting impact. Launch Global works to strengthen the sending capacity of local churches, develop healthy and effective cross-cultural laborers, and increase long-term missionary resilience so that more thriving, multiplying churches are established among unreached people groups.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Church Expansion
As we are in the process of more than doubling the number of US-based church partnerships (from 18 to 40+), these funds enable our senior leadership to engage in person with churches across the US that are potential matches for Launch Global.
Short term vision trips
In 2025, we had 21 short-term trips to the 10/40 window at an average cost of $4K per trip (trip leader costs only). These are vision-casting trips as well as team visits, helping future missionaries decide which teams they will join long-term. We are forecasting a similar number of trips in 2026.
Church Leaders' Development
Our church leaders are the point people in their churches for cross-cultural evangelism training, discipleship, and sending to the nations
Leader Development Training (LDC)
This equips our leaders to shepherd, develop, and serve their teams
International Staff Development Conference
Every other year, our international staff gather in Thailand (where we have several teams) for fellowship, equipping, and celebrating how the Lord has been leading in their work among the unreached
Leader and Staff Development Conference
The annual week-long training for our US-based staff to receive equipping and training from senior LG leadership and missions leaders from other organizations
Goer Training Team Conference
The annual gathering of over 200 participants from Goer Training Teams and LG staff. Participants hear from missionaries, church leaders, and peers about the nations. This event marks the decision point for many re: "when I decided to move overseas."
Mobilization Intensive
Twice a year, Launch Global hosts a week-long intensive to train and equip new mobilizers or potential church partners on the key aspects of mobilization.

Goals & Strategy

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Launch Global exists to mobilize churches to develop laborers and leaders who multiply healthy churches among unreached people groups. Our goal is to increase the number of healthy, resilient missionaries serving among the world's least-reached peoples by strengthening the church's capacity to mobilize, train, send, and sustain them.
Specifically, we seek to:
Increase the number of churches actively engaged in mobilization and sending.
Increase the number of qualified laborers deployed to unreached people groups.
Improve missionary effectiveness by equipping goers with the character, competencies, and disciple-making skills needed for cross-cultural ministry and church multiplication.
Increase missionary longevity through training, coaching, community, and ongoing support.
Strengthen indigenous mobilization and sending movements by equipping local churches, leaders, and mobilizers in strategic regions around the world.
Through these goals, Launch Global aims to see more healthy, reproducing churches established among unreached people groups and greater access to the Gospel for those who currently have little or no opportunity to hear it.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Launch Global's goal is to increase the number of healthy, resilient goers serving among unreached people groups by strengthening the local church's capacity to mobilize, train, and send them. By addressing key barriers in the missionary pipeline—insufficient sending, inadequate preparation, and low long-term retention—we seek to see more healthy churches established among the world's least-reached peoples.
Over the next three years, Launch Global will expand partnerships with local churches to build sustainable mobilization and sending pathways. Over the next three years, we aim to partner with 50 churches globally, helping them develop cultures of missions engagement and effective systems for identifying, training, and sending future missionaries.
To increase missionary participation, we will raise up and coach mobilizers who can guide believers through the journey from initial awareness to long-term service. Through mobilization intensives, coaching relationships, one-on-one mobilization meetings, missions classes, prayer initiatives, and nations awareness training, we will help thousands of believers better understand God's heart for the nations and discern their potential role in reaching the unreached. Our goal is to conduct 8,700 mobilization meetings and equip 5,500 believers through missions-focused training over the next three years.
To improve missionary readiness and effectiveness, we will provide practical training in evangelism, disciple-making, leadership development, and cross-cultural ministry through Disciple-Making Teams and Goer Training Teams. Over the next three years, we aim to train 3,900 participants through Disciple-Making Teams and graduate more than 496 participants from our nine-month Goer Training Team program.
In partnership with local churches, we will assess each participant's readiness for long-term service and help identify appropriate ministry opportunities based on calling, resilience, gifting, and field fit. We will also train and coach indigenous missionaries in church planting methodologies among unreached peoples.
To increase long-term missionary presence among the unreached, Launch Global will work with partner churches and sending agencies to deploy trained goers onto healthy ministry teams. By 2028, we aim to deploy 152 missionaries to unreached regions through partnerships with churches and sending agencies. We will also collaborate with international church partners to equip and send indigenous missionaries into unreached communities.
Through these efforts, Launch Global seeks to create sustainable, multiplying systems that help churches send more goers, prepare them more effectively, and support them for long-term impact among unreached people groups.

Financial data
Launch Global
Balance sheetFiscal Year: Jan 01 - Dec 31
The balance sheet gives a snapshot of the financial health of an organization at a particular point in time. An organization's total assets should generally exceed its total liabilities, or it cannot survive long, but the types of assets and liabilities must also be considered. For instance, an organization's current assets (cash, receivables, securities, etc.) should be sufficient to cover its current liabilities (payables, deferred revenue, current year loan, and note payments). Otherwise, the organization may face solvency problems. On the other hand, an organization whose cash and equivalents greatly exceed its current liabilities might not be putting its money to best use.
